A.  Write an order sheet and fill it with detailed instructions.

B.  Please prepare the following items before sending the case.

a. Order Form

b. Impression Tray for working model

c. Opposite model

d.Bite registration (if necessary)

e. Please included all implant parts if the case is the implant.

f. Others e.g. shade tap, study model, photos. Please pack your cases carefully in order to prevent any damage that may incur during the international delivery process.

C.  Inform us the tracking number. We will pay for the shipping cost back to your office whenever you send over 500 USD in one package.
