We will begin processing the cases once we receive the shipment. And we will email you an itemized “Request for Payment” invoice in the following day. Without complete payment, we wouldn’t release the finish products under any circumstances.

Terms of payment more details will be offered on your request. We will consensus through consultation before cooperation.

Remakes

Remake is handled on a case by case basis. If you need us to remake your dental works, please offer us explanation of the specific malfunction. If the mistake was made within our lab, we will remake the case at no charge.
